Credit Service Agreement
Authorization for Credit Repair Services
Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure) & Right to Cancellation
Scope of Services
As part of our credit repair services, we provide the following:
- Document Preparation & Credit Education – We will review your current credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies and help you identify any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will have the option to select which items you wish to dispute. We will guide you on the necessary steps to challenge these items.
- Dispute Assistance – We will prepare all necessary correspondence to dispute inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information on your credit reports.
- Ongoing Support & Follow-Up – You will send us any correspondence received from credit reporting agencies, and we will assist you in responding appropriately.
- Consulting, Coaching & Monitoring – Our services are provided through personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, phone calls, email, or other forms of communication during normal business hours.
Payment & Right to Cancel
- In exchange for the services outlined above, you agree to pay the fees detailed in your Client Agreement.
- You have the right to cancel your contract within three (3) business days from the date of signing for any reason. To cancel, you must provide written notice as specified in your Client Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time by providing at least three (3) days’ notice before their next scheduled recurring payment.
